I am no nutritionist but I want to share one of my go to meals.  Smoothie bowls are awesome.  They’re quick, easy and filling.🍌

3 Frozen bananas

plantbased chocolate protein powder

3 dates (more sweetness)

1/3 c almond milk

blend and ready to go 😍

 

Toppings

coconut

.great source of fiber

chia seeds

.strengthen bones

.energy booster

more bananas
